This still occurs on windows 10 and won't go away until the method of creating the archive is fixed to be fully compatible for Windows users. there's no reason to fix it if users have this instruction though, so this is easier for now.

...
Using wget as download method would never work on a clean macOS machine since it doesn't ship with wget (you'll need homebrew for wget).
Curl however, does come out of the box so I changed it to download over curl and unzip once completed.
